Approach

Unlike most marketing consulting interventions that consist of 30-90 day cycle, Global 21 proposed strategy consists of a one day session only, aimed at solving 1, 2 or 3 important issues being faced by most businesses around the world: simplify information for the public, choose among many options and find a "focus" that has the support of management team.

Objectives

  • Develop an overall direction for a company or a brand

  • Put everything on the table for discussion and analysis and formulate a company’s focus

  • Create a team-developed strategy supported by each member of the team

Contents

  • How to expand business and remain focused?

  • Do we have too many products, services or brands or too few?

  • Do we need to make any changes?

  • Who is the competition and how do we deal intelligently with the competition?

    • What is the competition focused on?

    • What is the direction of the industry?

    • Planning how to be distinctive

  • How to generate positive publicity?

  • What should our advertising strategy be?

  • What should we do about the Internet?

  • Pricing issues?

  • Are expenses kept to a minimum with good reason?

  • Are there other considerations to consider?

To start, we will ask specific questions designed to isolate the issues involved. Only after a thorough discussion of your situation, will we address and work on specific issues. Then, we will facilitate discussion with you and your team to develop an intelligent plan of action.

At the end of the day, we will have an approach for tomorrow’s better success. We will formulate a short marketing plan, based on the strategy developed by the team and supported by each member of this team.

Our philosophy is inspired from Joseph Aoun’s best selling book « Le management intelligent » published by Quebecor in Montreal (Canada). Joseph Aoun is the Founder and President of Global 21 . He advocates in this book « the base of the strategy must be strong, while the strategy itself will be flexible to be able to adapt to the development and changes of the situation in today’s changing world. »

  • Duration: 1 day, 9am-4: 30pm with a team of 8 to 10 high level managers of a company
  • Date: propose three dates of your choice by priority order
  • Location: anywhere in the world
  • Cost for the day: $ 10,000. Travel and Hotel costs are payable in extra.
