Management Diagnostic (for small and medium-size organisations only)

  • do you have a precise mission? If yes is it well formulated and applied by all at its merit?

  • do you have a written business plan with clear and feasible objectives as well as distinctive elements? Is it up-dated?

  • do you have a strategic plan? Is it up-dated annually?

  • do you have an internal policy manual?

  • is your organisation going through a perturbating period due to an exceptional event?

  • what management style do you apply?

  • what is the level of adherence of all to the company's objectives and strategies?

  • are your profits in constant increase? If not, have you identified the causes?

  • are you late in sending your bills to clients?

  • are your sales usually paid within 30 days? 60 days or 90 days?

Intercultural Diagnostic

  • is a strategy of intercultural synergy in place? If yes, how is it defined? Are there obstacles to this synergy?

  • is there an organisational vision?

  • is there a top management commitment?

  • has there been an evaluation and a diagnostic of the needs?

  • are the objectives clear?

  • is a schedule available? If yes, is it realistic?

  • are the members of the organisation being made aware of their responsabilities?

Marketing Diagnostic

  • is the mission clearly defined and in compliance with the mission norms?

Human Resources Diagnostic

We do not do the following diagnostics: Operations Management Diagnostic (production, merchandise, equipment, stocks); Resarch and Development Diagnostic; Financial and Accounting Diagnostic (however, we look into certain accounting and financial elements related to management to provide the client the best possible recommendations in management and we seek advice from the accounting firm with whom we work from our beginning if needed); Legal Diagnostic. The accounting and legal fields are not part of Global 21 duties and competence.

Diagnostic's Steps

  1. Submission of a confidentiality engagement letter signed by Global 21

  2. Visits by appointments at company's premises by portion of 2 hours, half-day or one day according to the agreement made between Global 21 and the client, to gather the necessary information. Total working hours at the client's premises: 10 hours.

  3. Analysis and organisation of information at Global 21 's premises

  4. Report Elaboration including the synthesis (strong points, points to improve) and the recommendations

  5. Submission of the report to the client. Total working hours at Global 21 's office: 10 hours

  6. A total of 20 hours of work is planned for a diagnostic. The work should be finished within a month
